About Joyce Swaving Joyce Swaving has been working in the social services field for approximately 18 years. Her educational background is in Social Services with a specialty in Family Services. She spent over a decade working with persons living with life threatening illness. She worked as a case manager for a non profit organization as well as being a health educator for the state at the California Youth Authority. She is well versed in the needs of individuals who are struggling with health care issues, aging, and helping them find solutions and appropriate resources. Joyce has contacts in the various fields of health care including physician referrals, in home care agencies and has a great working relationship with senior resident placement communities.
